WHAT IS THE NIHON JU JUTSU?
The Ju Jutsu, soft art, is a style of traditional martial art of Japanese origin. It is the discipline with the greatest influence on the creation, among others, of Judo . Classified as a Gendai Budo , modern combat arts, the Nihon Jujutsu Shin Do Goshin Kai style , used in Japan, is the result of labor intense and experience of its founder, the S taught José Miranda and has practitioners in different parts of the world. It is characterized by the use of very short movements and direct rectilinear movements, attacking the opponent's central line and using their own to enhance the movement. The concept always deals with the ability to abort an attack before it fully occurs, as well as to dominate the opponent's center of gravity. This requires mastering distance, cutting it using economic movements and neutralizing the action through imbalance and constant blows in vulnerable areas.
